Their Story
They ran into financial decline in 2020 right after they opened. It was almost like they didn't even care to even pay anything off to start it was so fast. Instead of paying for their equipment and parts they ran up a $100,000+ figure tab with their supply house, and pocketed all proceeds from customers in the process. Once their supply house sued them for $200,000+ grift, they continued to take full deposits from new jobs and claimed no equipment available because of COVID. The reason they had no equipment is their supplier was sueing them - see photos!
Instead of doing the right thing they have decided to continue taking on jobs, deposits and doubled down and robbed Peter and pay Paul and now on the run and are ducking many active lawsuits and financial judgement publically available in masscourts.org public system. Around this time Ryan put the family home in his wife’s name Jenn, who conveniently works at the same Webster Bank whose banking details was in the process of getting frozen. But instead of stopping here, they continued on taking more deposits and jobs. Then lying saying they closed the company and Ryan went back to work for the First Webster church as a Deacon. What an honest man!
The Scam: Never paying Winwater Supply House and continuing to rack up tab while never delivering client goods and equipment they did not have. Which allows, if found out the supply house to place a lien on the property if it felt the need. All of this happening behind the scenes while Ryan, Jenn and River go on vacation, buy new cars and live their life of ducking process servers daily while praising God for his gifts. Can you add anything to the story to help more people get their money back or justice served?
God is always good when you're spending other people's money. I would cancel that April vacation you will be in court jenn.
